DKS Construction Inc. is contracted by Home Depot, Laguna Niguel to frame decorative structural arches in front of the store spanning the entire front wall.
Encinitas Beach Resort
DKS Construction Inc. and Suffolk Construction Inc. have partnered together to complete the up and coming Encinitas Beach Resort. With this resort being thirty years in the making, DKS Construction is excited to assist in this project. Del Mar Corporate Center
DKS Construction is subcontracted by Commercial Builders Inc., to assist in completing a building improvement. DKS built and installed the origami style walls and is assisting in building ramps, demolition, finish carpentry, and installing the backing and baseboards.
Vista Walk- Hotel Del Coronado
DKS Construction Inc. and TSA Construction are working hand in hand to complete a tenant improvement and building renovation at San Diego’s iconic Hotel Del Coronado. DKS is working to create a support system around the ceiling skylight, furnish and installation of steel stud framing and drywall, and all wood demo and repair.

Palisades UTC, UTC La Jolla
DKS Construction Inc. and Suffolk Construction Inc. have partnered to complete Palisade UTC. DKS is in charge of completing all rough carpentry, pool decks and wooden benches needed in the outdoor urban area. This new residential building is located behind the University Towne Centre Mall, 8800 Lombard Place.

Cedros Gardens
DKS and TFW Construction Inc., have partnered together to complete Cedros Gardens in Solana Beach. DKS is assisting in building and installing doors and base boards throughout an up and coming shopping center located on the Cedros Ave Design District.

Marine Medical
TSA Construction contracted DKS Construction to assist in a Building Renovation and Tenant Improvement at Marine Medical. DKS is assisting in building temp barricades, supplying and installing windows and exterior doors, and installing stairwell walls.

Saint Paul’s Cathedral Episcopal
DKS Construction is being contracted by Saint Paul’s Cathedral Episcopal to assist in their Cathedral renovation. DKS is installing all oak trim around the newly built Columbarium.

La Jolla Reserve
TSA Construction, Inc. contracted DKS Construction, Inc. to assist in a building Renovation and Tenant Improvement at La Jolla Reserve. They are assisting in improving the outdoor space at the Irvine Company’s La Jolla Reserve. DKS is building seating at the south deck, a conference pavilion, along with doing framing and IPE wood work.

Campus Plaza, Irvine
DKS is subcontracted by Commercial Builders Inc., to complete an Exterior Upgrade at Campus Plaza located in Irvine, California. This exterior upgrade consists of building decks with pressure treated lumber, wrapping columns with mitered IPE wood, and building IPE benches.
