St. James Plaza is a 3 story, 100 unit, apartment building located in Imperial Beach, CA.
DKS Construction Inc. was contracted by the owners to perform a fire sprinkler retro-fit. All common areas had existing fire sprinklers but none in any of the units. The retro-fit consisted of a new fire suppression system installed to connect to the existing fire suppression system and provide fire sprinklers in all 99 units of the building.
